Simplicity
Simplicity is the way of displaying your information through the photograph simply. You should try to keep everything that is unimportant, much less interesting than what’s important in the frame like the vocal point your trying to get across. Most importantly avoid lines or other objects that lead the eye away from the vocal point.
Leaf
This picture shows simplicity because it is simply simple. there is nothing going on in the background so there is nothing to look at except the vocal point which in this case is the leaf. Ive also made the leaf stand out because Ive made the back the background a uninteresting colour whereas the leaf is a nice bright colour that you want to look at this is called contrast which is a simple technique that most professional photographers use often.
Crossed Leaves
In this photograph Ive used simplicity by having the leaves as the vocal point and the background is plain so the eye is drawn to the leaves.
